Do I need to be in the same country as Darren?
No. Many first conversations, family preparation calls and aftercare check-ins can happen remotely. In-person work depends on timing, location and suitability.
Which location is best for rehab or aftercare?
There is no automatic best location. Fit depends on risk, detox needs, family involvement, budget, travel safety, aftercare and whether the person is willing to engage.
Can support continue when someone travels home?
Yes. Remote recovery coaching and aftercare can help bridge treatment abroad, the journey home and the first weeks back in normal life.
