Start Within Recovery is my personal service. I, Darren O'Neill, operate it. This notice covers information you send through the website contact form or when you contact me directly.
Information you may provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, location and the type of support you are looking for. You may also provide a phone number and a short message. Please do not send medical records or more sensitive personal detail than I need to understand your initial enquiry.
How the information is used
I use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange an introductory call and, if you choose to continue, discuss suitable support. I do not use it to send unrelated marketing messages, and I do not sell it.
Website and messaging providers
This website is hosted on Netlify, which processes contact-form submissions on behalf of Start Within Recovery. If you contact me through WhatsApp, your use of that service is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Sharing and retention
I share enquiry information only where needed to operate the website, respond to you, provide a service you have requested, or meet a legal obligation. I keep it only for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, request a correction, or ask for information to be deleted where applicable. Use the contact form or message me on WhatsApp.
